DOVER, N.H. - Three Rochester residents arrested a month ago on various drug charges during a sweeping investigation by the Strafford County Drug Task Force have been indicted.

Nina Batista, 21, and Dustin Howland, 22, both of 17 Winter St., and Tiaunna Purslow-Wright, 21, of 34 Chestnut St., Apt. B were all arrested between Jan. 29 and Feb. 1 as part of the ongoing probe into heroin trafficking in the county.

The three all face charges of sale of a controlled drug and sale of a controlled drug/conspiracy, punishable by up to 14 years in prison apiece. The conspiracy charge means at least two of the three allegedly worked in concert to transact buys of illegal drugs.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down March 17 and released today.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward to trial.
