Last month The Rochester Voice completed its second year as Rochester's only hometown newspaper without raising either online advertising or subscription rates.

We solidified our claim as your best advertising buy earlier this summer when we rolled out our Rochester Voice challenge to potential advertisers with a guarantee to charge one third less than any online platform on a CPM basis. CPM stands for cost per thousand of impressions, the metric that measures how many times an ad is viewable while on a particular online platform like The Rochester Voice or any other online newspaper.
