LEBANON, Maine - The Lebanon Historical Society will have its next meeting April 1 at the Martha Sawyer Library located at the Hanson School. It begins at 7 p.m.

The program for the evening will be "100 Years of Early Dolls" and will cover dolls from 1790 to 1890.

The speaker is Lady Haight Ashton. She will display her collection of antique china, wax and paper mache dolls.

Anyone who has an old doll is invited to bring it as Ashton will help identify its origins and history.

The meeting is open to the public.
