AG's office probing untimely death of toddler in Somersworth

SOMERSWORTH - The New Hampshire Attorney General's office announced today that an investigation is ongoing into the untimely death of a toddler in Somersworth.

The press release indicates that on Monday around 11:45 a.m., emergency medical personnel responded to a 911 call for a medical emergency at 9E Linden Street. There they discovered an unresponsive two-year-old female child, who was later determined to be deceased.

New Hampshire Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Thomas Andrew performed an autopsy on the child's body Tuesday.

At this time the final autopsy results are not complete and are pending further studies.

The investigation is ongoing.
