ROCHESTER - Andrew Edward Trush, 83, of 9 Birch Drive, died at his home Wednesday, August 8, 2018. It is with great sadness that the family of Andrew Trush announces his passing after a warrior fight against pancreatic cancer. He was born August 31, 1935 in St. Johnsbury, Vt., son of Genevieve and Nicholas Trush.
Andy served 26 years in the United States Air Force as a Master Sargent before retiring. He worked for 35 years at the Kittery Trading Post. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and boating. Andy was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and a person we all could count on.
Members of his family include his wife of 61 years, Barbara (Johns) Trush; three daughters, Teri Cormier, Pamela Trush, Andrea Howard and their families; he was greatly loved by his seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is survived by his brother Paul and (Janice) Trush, a nephew, nieces and their families. He was also blessed with wonderful family friends.
