ROCHESTER - Babara L. Harrison, 91, died Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at the Studley Home in Rochester after a period of failing health.

Barbara was born in Portsmouth, N.H. on July 21, 1923, the daughter of Guy and Helen (Reagan) Davis and had been living in Rochester for the past 40 years. She was a member of the third Order Holy Cross Associate and member of the St. Ann Sodality. Her ministry works included, the Religious Confirmation Program, the Mission Sewing Group, Parish Council and Christian Formation Committee, Eucharistic Minister, Choir member and a member of the N.H. Catholic Women Association. She was also a member of the local Fellowship Soup Kitchen, the Good Old Sports, Arts Rochester, Granite State Choral Society, the Red Hat Society, CASA of NH, Big Brother/Sister Program at St. Charles Children's Home and most recently a Volunteer Grandmother at Chamberlain Street School.

She was predeceased by her husband Edward Harrison Jr. who died in 1979, by her son Robert and his wife Kathy and their five children who perished in a tragic house fire in 1978. She was also predeceased by her siblings. Surviving members of the family include: several nieces and nephews and close friend and caregiver, Susan Stetson.
