BARRINGTON, N.H. - Blanche R. Walker, of Barrington, died peacefully Saturday, April 30, 2016, at her home.
Blanche "Ma, Gram, Gram-gram" was born April 11, 1920, in Ashland, N.H. She was the daughter of the late James (whom she loved dearly until her death) and Alice (Tobine) Brogan.
She Married Frank E. Walker on June 26, 1937. They moved to Barrington in 1944, and settled on Greenhill Road where they raised their children, Patricia (Robert) Wilkins, Richard (Irene) Walker Sr. and Prudence (Gene) Wilkins all of Barrington and Pamela (Dennis) Hebert of Rochester.
She is survived by her children, grandchildren Dean, Ricky, Laura, Cathy, Ellen, Roxie, Dennis, Jim, Tod, Ned, Pammie and their spouses, fifteen Great-Grandchildren, six Great-Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She loved her family dearly and always looked forward to family holidays in her home, right up until her death.
Blanche was predeceased by her husband's Frank Walker, and Herbert Linklater, Son Edward James "Sonny" Walker, Son in-Law John Amero and Great Grandson Matthew Montour.
Blanche was extremely proud of her family, and her Irish Heritage she wore the title of "Stubborn Old Irishman" with Pride.
