Catherine P. Newell ... retired from Davidson Rubber

ROCHESTER - Catherine P. Newell, 70, originally from Hackensack, N.J., died on Sunday August 6, 2017.
Born October 16, 1946 in Teaneck, N.J., the daughter of Andrew and Florence (Gigon) Leichtnam. She worked for Davidson Rubber for 42 years, retiring in 2007. She was known as the cat lady for her love of her pets. She was also a caretaker for her friends and family.
She is survived by her siblings, Richard Leichtnam and his wife Brenda of New Jersey, Joseph Leichtnam and his wife Paula of New Jersey, John Leichtnam and his wife Eleanor of New Jersey, Barbara Leichtnam of New Jersey and Florence Leichtnam of New Jersey; eight nieces; and four nephews. She will be truly missed by all.
