DOVER, N.H. - A Rochester man has been indicted on several felony drug charges after allegedly being found with Clonazepam, Tramadol, heroin and marijuana all in his possession in January.

Andrew Maniscalco, 38, of 8 Pleasant St., faces three felony possession counts as well as one misdemeanor for the marijuana in connection with the Jan. 24 arrest.

Manisalco was also charged with being a felon in possession of a handgun.

He was previously convicted on similar drug possession charges in 2010.

Manisalco faces up to 29 years confinement if convicted on all counts.

This month's Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down July 16.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant moving forward to trial.
