MILTON - A Rochester man arrested twice in three days for aggravated DWI is now behind bars on $2,500 cash bail at Strafford County Jail.

Roger Carter 65 of Joshua Street, was first arrested for drunken driving second offense on Aug. 19. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance, but was then arrested again two days later for another aggravated DWI, which is often filed when the driver's BAC is double the legal limit of .08.

In these two cases Carter's BAC was three times the legal limit, Milton Police Chief Richard Krauss said in a press release on Thursday.
