City offices closed, trash pickups delayed for holiday

ROCHESTER - City offices will be closed on Monday in observance of the Labor Day holiday. They will reopen on Tuesday.

In addition, trash pickup will be delayed by one day all week due to the holiday. Monday's trash will be picked up on Tuesday, etc.
