ROCHESTER - A transient with this to Rochester has been named as Rochester's Most Wanted of the Week.
James Hepburn Jr., 38, formerly of 36 Farmington Road, Apt 3C1, is wanted on several active warrants, including felony organized retail crime, three counts of shoplifting, theft by deception and contempt.
Hepburn is described as about 6-foot-0 and 190 pounds with red balding hair and hazel eyes.
Tipsters who may know his whereabout are urged to call the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128.
