ROCHESTER - Due to the storm conditions expected there is a Citywide Parking ban in effect as of 9 p.m. tonight till Thursday at 7 a.m.

All city streets must be clear of parked cars, and no vehicles without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots during this time period.
