ROCHESTER - A citywide Snow Removal Parking Ban is in effect from tonight at 9 p.m. till 9 a.m. on Wednesday.

All city streets must be clear of parked cars.

No vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots during this time.
