ROCHESTER - A citywide parking ban is in effect due to tonight's predicted winter storm. The ban runs from 10 p.m. till 10 a.m. on Thursday.

About 1-3 inches of snow is expected before a changeover to ice and sleet.

The snow and ice could impact tonight's and tomorrow morning's commute.

Due to the parking ban, no vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots from 10 tonight till 10 a.m. tomorrow.
