ROCHESTER - Dana A. Gagnon, 46, of Rochester, N.H. died Friday, October 16, 2015 in Dover, N.H. following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was the son of the late Dianne M. (Gagnon) Occhipinti.
Born August 31, 1969, and raised in Salem, Dana moved to western Massachusetts in the late '80s for a few years before moving to New Hampshire. Dana was a graduate of Salem High School before attending Wentworth Institute. He loved photography and computers and was an active blogger on his website.
Dana is survived by his daughter, Jenna Gagnon, and his former wife Beth Gagnon both of Stow, Mass.; his stepfather, Eugene Occhipinti of Strafford; his aunts and uncles, Ray Gagnon and his wife Linda, Maryanne Ahearn and her husband William, and Norman Gagnon and his wife Judy all of Salem; his stepbrother, John Occhipinti of Somersworth, and stepsister Maria Carney of Salem, Mass.; and several cousins. Dana also leaves two very close friends Melanie Linehan and Clinton and Laurie Hayward among others who cared for him and helped him through these difficult years.
