ROCHESTER - David "Bubba" S. Massingham, 75, of Morton Ave died Friday, Jan. 18, 2019 at his home after a brief illness
Born July 25, 1943 in Rochester, he was the son of the late Arthur and Nellie (Strout) Massingham.
Dave has lived in Rochester all his life. He worked for Pike Industries for over 30 years. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam war. He was a member of the American Legion Post 7 in Rochester. He enjoyed watching New England sports, watching his grandson play hockey, playing cornhole, baking with his granddaughter, driving his 1956 Chevy Belaire and having breakfast with his buddies every Saturday
Members of his family include his wife of 53 years, Patricia (Lemieux) Massingham of Rochester; his daughters, Laurie Hatfield and her husband Shawn of Rochester and Kay Snyder and her husband Bruce of Milton; his grandchildren, Hannah Dexter of Wakefield and Ryan Hatfield of Rochester; his siblings, Louise Hussey of Rochester, Arthur "Buck" Massingham of Rochester and Harold Massingham of Strafford. He is predeceased by his sister Shirley.
