ROCHESTER - Dorothy M. Osgood, 92, of Rochester, died Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at the Gafney Home. Born in Dover, N.H., on September 10, 1925 she was the daughter of Ernest and Grace (Brooks) Pinkham.
She graduated from Dover, N.H., high School and went on to work for New England Tel and Tel for two years. She retired from the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard after 30 years.
Dorothy enjoyed doing crafts, playing bingo, eating out with friends and traveling. She was a lifetime member of the American Legion Auxillary, member of the Rochester Senior Club and Dover Senior Club.
The widow of her husband Francis H. Osgood who died in 1999 and whom she was married to for 50 years, she is survived by three nephews, sister-in-law Rhenda Pinkham and her dear friend Lola Cox.
