DOVER - A Dover man has been arrested in Thursday's break-in at a local medical cannabis dispensary.

Police took Travis Garand, 21, into custody on Monday picking him at an Adelle Drive address without incident.

The other two suspects police say were involved in the incident have also been charged, but no further information on them will be released because they are both juveniles.

The break-in at Temescal Wellness occurred in the early hours of last Thursday when police allege the three broke their way into the Crosby Road dispensary. Police say the three were able to steal a few display items but unable to get into the main cannabis store area thanks to extra layers of security at the facility.

Dover Police Department officers were able to respond to the scene within minutes after receiving notification from the business's alarm monitoring company just after midnight.

The responding officers found that the suspects had broken a glass door with a rock and accessed the customer service area of the dispensary.

Garand was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Strafford County Superior Court on Aug. 15.

The Dover Police Department's Special Investigations Unit continues investigate this case and anyone with information about this case is asked to call the Dover Police Department at 603-742-4646 or the Dover Crimeline at 603-749-6000. The Dover Crimeline can also be contacted via www.dovernhcrimeline.org.
