ROCHESTER - Police say a drowsy driver is likely the cause of a rollover accident on Governors Road on Saturday, but the man's decision to wear a seat belt allowed him to walk away from the crash with no injuries.

The single-car crash occurred in the area of 50 Governors Road around 8:40 a.m. when police say Wayne Baribeault, 55, of Rochester, was driving south in his 2016 Toyota Corolla, left the roadway and struck a utility pole, severing it, before rolling over.

Police say Baribeault said he dozed off a bit just before the accident occurred.

Rochester police said there were no injuries or charges from the incident.
