MILTON - Edward Fetter, 81, died Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at his home after a long illness.
Born August 23, 1934, in Reading, PA, he was the son of Adam and Cora (Wealing) Fetter.
Ed has lived in Milton for the past 29 years. He was employed at the Highway Department for the Town of Milton and had also worked at General Electric and Burkes Tree Service. Ed loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and his dog Molly at his camp on Lake Ivanhoe, he also enjoyed playing cards.
Members of his family include his wife Phyllis (Bell) Fetter of Milton; his daughters, Tammy Fetter, Donna Rothwell and her husband John, all of Rochester; his grandchildren, John JR and wife Jennifer, Amy Rothwell and Marah Bohn; his great-grandchildren, Hailey, Matthew, Connor, Owen, Skylar and Loga; his daughter in-law Lisa Fetter of Rochester and a brother in-law Norman Bell of Florida; his sister, Florence Pawling of Reading PA. He is predecease by a son Mark Fetter in 2010; his brothers, William Wealing and Harold Fetter; his sisters, Fern Walker and Eleanor Koler.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Center Hospital or to the Cocheco Valley Humane Society.
