ROCHESTER - Eileen Ann Parent Clark, 86, of Rochester, died Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at the Hyder Family Hospice House, Dover. The daughter of Edward and Bertha (Rock) Parent, she was born in Nashua on October 27, 1930 and grew up in Newmarket.
Eileen graduated from Plymouth State College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Education, and was active in the Class of 1952's fundraising campaigns for student scholarships. Mrs. Clark was the business teacher at Farmington High School for over twenty years, and served as FHS's National Honor Society adviser.
Gram particularly enjoyed being with her family, cooking, traveling, movies, and shopping.
Members of her family include her children, Don Clark and his wife, Gloria, of Saco, Maine, Sandra Clark and her husband Brian Brodeur, of Middleborough, Mass., Sherry Murphy and her husband, Michael, of Buford, Georgia, and Bonnie Clark-Labrie and her husband, Tim, of Acton, Maine; grandchildren Joseph, Heather, Andy, Leah, Kristen, Timothy, and Owen; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings Charles Parent and his wife, Elaine, of Lee, Judy Wall and her husband, Daniel (Danny), of Rye, and Nora (Diane) Ellis and her husband, Edward (Eddie), of Dover; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her son, Jeffrey Clark, and her siblings, Everett Parent, Mary Joan (Joanne) Pelletier, and Edmund Parent.
