ROCHESTER - Ernestine B. Kerdus, 89, of 5 Sarah Court, died Thursday, April 20, 2017, at her home after a long illness. She was born March 24, 1928 in Gilmanton, N.H., the daughter of the late Chester and Florence (Gilman) Dimond. She has resided in Rochester for the past 20 years previously living in Farmington.
Ernestine loved playing cards and watching the Red Sox but especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Members of her family include her sons, Dan and wife Tammy Kerdus of Union, Russell Kerdus and partner, Peter Weymouth, Rochester, Albert Stewart of Nashua, N.H.; daughter, Donna Cook of Palmer, Mass.; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one son, Paul Stewart, brother, Ralph Dimond and sister, Alice Blake.
