BRENTWOOD, N.H. - The long-awaited DWI trial of a former veteran Middleton Police officer is scheduled for next month.

Sean Dolliver, a 16-year officer with the force, is no longer with the department after initially being put on paid administrative leave after his arrest.

The trial was originally to have taken place last summer in Rochester District Court, but the venue was changed due to a possible conflict of interest with the presiding judge.

Dolliver was involved in a rollover crash in the area of 323 Governors Road around 11 p.m. on April 28, 2015.

Police say Dolliver's vehicle took out a fence post and rolled over in a ditch.

Dolliver, who was alone in the car and uninjured in the crash, is facing his first DWI charge, a Class B misdemeanor.

His trial is set for Feb. 25 at 1 p.m. in Brentwood District Court. The trial is expected to last three hours or less. Several witnesses are expected to testify, but a witness list was not immediately available from the Rockingham County Attorneys Office.
