Florence Marie Day ... enjoyed square dancing

ROCHESTER - Florence Marie Day, 95, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 17, 2017. Born October 18, 1921, in Somersworth, the daughter of Rupert and Marie J. (Couture) Goodwin.
Flo attended Dover Schools and loved to square dance as a member of the Jesters Square Dance Club of Somersworth. She also enjoyed League Bowling.
She is survived by her two sons, Alfred Day and his wife Cricket of Tenn., and Kenneth Day of Concord; three daughters Marilyn Staples and her husband Howard of Rochester, Linda Penney and her husband Steve of West Ossipee and Cherie Smith and her partner Jim Wesson of Pittsfield; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Flo is predeceased by her husband Lewis E. Day and brother Alfred Goodwin.
She was a wonderful mother and will be sorely missed.
