CONCORD, N.H. - A former Milton woman wanted for possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute and a bail violation was arrested Tuesday evening by members of New Hampshire's Joint Fugitive Task Force.

Nicole Perry, 21, was taken into custody without incident at a Dublin treatment facility.

She had been wanted on two outstanding warrants, including a federal arrest warrant alleging possession with intent to distribute a narcotic drug, as well as a Strafford County warrant for bail violations relating to a charge of organized retail crime/larceny.

Perry will have her initial court appearance at U.S. District Court sometime later today, according to a press release from the U.S. Marshals Service in Concord.

Perry, 21, formerly of Felker Drive but now living at 278 Long Swamp Road, Berwick, was indicted in March on fentanyl trafficking charges.

Arrested during a Dec. 20 incident in Dover, Perry had in her possession more than five grams of fentanyl, according to court documents, and faces the enhanced penalty of possible life improvement. She was convicted of a similar offense in Rockingham County Superior Court in October.

Perry was also indicted in November 2015 on three counts of organized retail crime enterprise when she is alleged to have tried to procure gift card credit for items stolen from the Rochester Walmart. In that case a separate individual had allegedly stolen the items.
