DOVER - A Rochester woman's failure to fulfill the requirements of her participation in the Strafford County Drug Court program has landed her in state prison for a 1-4 year stretch.

Kayla M Lonergan, 20, of 352 Portland St., was sentenced on Thursday after earlier pleading guilty to theft charges in both Rockingham and Strafford counties.

The state prison term is for the Rockingham charges, while the Strafford County charges resulted in a 12-month county jail sentence which will run concurrently.

Longeran also received a 2 ½-5 year suspended prison sentence for a May 2 burglary on Sarah Court. She faces three years of probation upon her release from prison. She can also have no contact with the May 2 burglary victims or be within 100 yards of their residence and must also pay restitution.

All the sentences were imposed as a result of her terminated recently from drug court.

Lonergan was arrested for allegedly driving the getaway car in the infamous Girl Scout cookie money theft from March 27, 2015, when a man allegedly stole the money from a table set up outside the Rochester Walgreens on South Main Street.

Pierre Thibault, 21, of 127 Winter St., Haverhill, Mass., was found guilty of the theft and given a two-year sentence, all suspended.
