The unique world of "Freckleface Strawberry" will visit Rochester Opera House Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 21 and 22, as this charming tale teaches us that the things that make you different also make you YOU!

Freckleface Strawberry will do anything to get rid of her freckles - from scrubbing them with soap, to caking on makeup and even wearing a ski mask to school. Will Freckleface be brave enough to finally face her complexion in the mirror? With the help of her loveable schoolmates including an amazingly talented ballerina, a cutie jock, a charming ditz and a totally kooky teacher, Freckleface learns that everyone is different - and that's what makes everyone special.

Based on the New York Times Bestseller by author and actress Julianne Moore, Freckleface Strawberry delights young children, while speaking to them about issues of self-esteem and image, accepting others for their differences, and being proud to be yourself. With merry music, peppy dancing, and a freckleface full of laughs, your whole family will love this musical for all ages...freckles or not!

Freckleface Strawberry The Musical is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).

The production is directed by Seraphina Caligiure. Reserve tickets at rochesteroperahouse.com or stop by the box office (603) 335-1992, M/W/F from 10am to 5pm and two hours before the show. This show is sponsored by TD Bank, Seacoast Media Group, Albany International, Liberty Mutual, and D.F. Richard Energy. Rochester Opera House is located in City Hall, 31 Wakefield Street, Rochester, NH. Tickets: $12
