Free canoe, kayak 'If Found' decals now available

The USCG Auxiliary would like the public to know, we now have free "If Found" Decals for Kayak & Canoes.

They are available at Lebanon, Maine, Town Hall, and Town of Wakefield Town Hall.

We encourage all residents to apply these decals to their vessels on the stern of their kayaks and or canoes.

These are in place to identify your vessel to the authorities in the event its blown away by the wind from your dock or stolen. Please use "paint stick" or permanent marker to put your info on the decal.

On another note, please wear the correct lifejacket for the activity you engaged in. It really does matter that it fits you correctly.
