CONCORD, N.H. - Early this morning, a "Fugitive of the Week" with Rochester ties was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Task Force in Hartsville, S.C.

Justin C. Richardson, 21, was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to appear for an armed robbery with a gun, by the Strafford County Sheriff's Office.

As part of the U.S. Marshals fugitive investigation, Richardson was featured Nov. 9 as the "Fugitive of the Week, " which is distributed statewide to all law enforcement officers.

Information was developed that Richardson was staying at an address on Happy Day Circle, Hartsville. The information was immediately passed on to the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force in South Carolina, where Richardson was located and arrested without incident. Richardson was transported to the Darlington County Jail where he was booked as a fugitive from justice. He will remain in custody pending extradition back to New Hampshire.

Richardson was living in Rochester when he was indicted in a Dover armed robbery in July 2013.
