Fugitive task force seeking woman with ties to Rochester and Maine

CONCORD - The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is looking for the public's help in locating Charlene Doucette for bail violation stemming from a charge of possession of heroin/fentanyl.

Doucette was last known to live in Rochester, but has ties throughout Strafford County and into Maine, according to a spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Service.

Doucette is described as 5-feet tall weighing 145 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. She has tattoos on her right ankle, right shoulder and face.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts or who has seen a person who resembles her should contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force (603-225-1632, or 1-877-WANTED-2) or your local police department.
