A man with a last known address in the Lebanon area is this week's Fugitive of the Week.

Keith Wayne Russell, 43, is wanted for failure to appear on the original charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force said in a press release from their office in Concord, N.H.

Russell is currently wanted by the Strafford County Sheriff's Office, which executed a warrant for his arrest in early March.

Russell is said to have family, friends and associates in Lebanon.

He is described as 5-foot-7 and 160 pounds with brown eyes, hair and a medium skin tone. He has tattoos on his left and right arms.

Anyone who believes they may know the whereabouts or have observed a person that resembles Russell is urged to contact the Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or local police.

The task force asks individuals to not try to apprehend this person yourself. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Report any information to the nearest USMS district office at (603) 225-1632, or call 1-877-WANTED-2, or submit a WEB-TIP, or TEXT NHTIP with any information to TIP411.
