Fugitive with Rochester ties sought by U.S. Marshals

CONCORD - The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help in the arrest of a former Rochester woman wanted for bail violations relating to the charge of possession of a controlled drug.

Sasha Rand, 33, is described as a white female, 5-7 and 140 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair. She has tattoos on her wrists, arms, hand, neck, ear, hip and calf.

She is originally from Rochester and thought to be living in the Strafford County area. She also has ties to Manchester.
