ROCHESTER - Gerard Peloquin, 79, of Milton, died on Friday, March 2, 2018 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital. Born in Woonsocket, R.I., on April 21, 1938, he was the son of Nazaire and Yvonne (Guilmette), Peloquin and he is survived by his wife Nancy.
Gerard was a graduate of Belingham High School. He worked in and excelled in Autobody repair. After moving to Milton he worked as a machinist. He lived in Milton for 30 years.
He loved the outdoors, where he spent most of his time cutting wood, gardening and tending to his wood stoves. No matter what the weather, he would find himself out in the woods in search of another tree to cut.
Surviving family members include his son Paul Peloquin and wife Charlene; daughters Linda Dalpe and husband Wayne, Janet Leone, Sandro Cusolito and husband Bob, Donna Gaskill and husband Carleton, Carol McCourt and husband Raymond, Susan Andrus and husband Corey; brother Normand Peloquin; 20 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by son-in-law Dan Leone.
