Globe journalist who inspired 'Spotlight' to speak at UNH

DURHAM, N.H. - The University of New Hampshire will host Walter Robinson, a Boston Globe journalist whose work inspired the Oscar-winning film "Spotlight," April 12, at 5 p.m. in the Memorial Union Building, Theatre II.

Robinson led a team of reporters that uncovered sexual abuse by Catholic clergy in New England and beyond. The investigation won the 2003 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service and inspired the 2016 Oscar-winning movie "Spotlight." Robinson will lead a conversation about investigative journalism, the role of the press and more.
