Meet Leena! This lovely lady is a 12-year-old tabby cat that was surrendered to CVHS after her owner could no longer care for her. After two months in the shelter, Leena is seeking a home where she can lounge throughout her golden years!

On most days, Leena can be found curled up in her kitty tower soaking up the sun. You'll hear her purring steadily as she enjoys one of her favorite activities--relaxing! Don't let her laid-back nature fool you, Leena still has lots of life left in her! She just prefers a more tranquil environment at this point in her life. Leena would love nothing more than to snuggle up next to you on the couch and share your warmth all winter long. She's the perfect companion for your next Netflix binge! You won't even have to share your snacks with her, but she will take head rubs and back scratches instead!

Leena is a friendly feline, and should do well in a home with children and other cats, as long as those cats have similar personalities (i.e. laid-back). Dogs will likely frighten Leena, so any canine companions would need to be respectful ones.
