ROCHESTER - James Minor, 72, of 10 Myrtle Street died Monday, May 11, 2015, at Dover Center for Rehabilitation after a period of failing health.

He was born Jan. 16, 1943, in Houston, Texas, the son of the late Richard and Clara (Maxwell) Minor. James served in the U.S. Army from 1964-1970. He worked at Compaq Company for many years. He was a trustee for the Great Bay Amateur Radio Club and loved talking on his CB ham radios. He enjoyed his computer as well.

He has been cared for by his loving daughter Shelby and her husband Michael Rines for his last years and is survived by one granddaughter Aubrey Rines and many loving family members in Texas.
