Douog Lachance ... fighting skin cancer

ROCHESTER - A pair of fund-raisers are being held for former Mayor Doug Lachance, who is currently battling Stage 4 Melanoma.
First a Meat Bingo will be held on Sunday at the American Legion in Rochester from 1-5 p.m. There is no cost to attend.
Then a "Fight for Doug" benefit fundraiser will take place on Saturday, June 9, from 3-8 p.m. at the American Legion in Rochester. The event will include food, cash bar, live auction and raffles with music provided by Bad Penny.

Tickets to the event are $10/person and are available at a number of locations including the Chamber office, Governor's Inn, Granite Steak & Grill, Kelly's Row, Goodfella's Brick Oven Pizzeria and Ralph's House of Tone.
