ROCHESTER - Lawrence Lambert Jr., 91, died on Monday, March 28, 2016, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.
Born August 18, 1924, in Boston, he was the son of James L. Sr., and Josephine (Sullivan) Lambert.
Mr. Lambert served in the US Air Force during WWII. He received his Bachelors Degree in Business from Northeastern University, and later worked for many years as the Employee Relations Manager for Davidson Rubber.
Lawrence was a communicant of St. Mary Church in Rochester, a member of the Elks Lodge 1393, the American Legion, and was once on the Board of Directors for Frisbie Memorial Hospital, and earlier in life was an avid golfer and member of the Rochester Country Club.
Members of his family include his fiancé Nancy Hall of Rochester, N.H., his nieces; Karen Shannon and Debbie Wight, several good friends; Katherine Burns, Dorothy Pringle, Tracy and Brian., He was predeceased by his wife Rita Lambert in 2005.
