LEBANON - Lebanon Boy Scout Troop 369 will hold a bake sale this Saturday from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m., at Farmfield Greenhouses on Route 202 in East Lebanon.
The sale will feature baked goods and desserts donated by Sirois Family Farm Kitchen and other Troop families. The fund-raiser will offset travel and food expenses for the Troop as 27 Scouts and adult leaders take to West Point Military Academy in New York May 1 through May 3 to participate in the 53rd Annual West Point Camporee.
The by-invitation-only camporee, which includes events like physical training, team-building exercises, tactical maneuvers, first aid and survival skills, is expected to include more than 5,000 youth and adults from more than 250 Boy Scout Troops, Venture Crews and Girl Scout Troops from east of the Mississippi.
