Lebanon man cited in downtown crash that hurt 3

ROCHESTER - Three area residents were hurt in a two-car crash downtown on Monday afternoon.

The collision occurred around 5:30 p.m. on South Main Street in the area of Bank of America.

Police say Raymond Laurion, 83, of Rochester, was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Impala northbound when Angel Valle Jr., 49, of Lebanon, driving a 1997 Honda Accord south made a left turn to enter the Bank of America parking lot hitting Laurion's vehicle.

Laurion and Valle as well as a passenger in Valle's car were transported to Frisbie Hospital for what were described as nonlife-threatening injuries. Both vehicles suffered front end damage and were towed from the scene.

Valle was cited at the scene for Failure of Traffic Turning Left to Yield.
