ALFRED, Maine - A Lebanon man has been indicted in an Acton burglary from last summer.

Jeremy P. Allain, 27, of 84 Jim Grant Road, was formally charged with felony burglary by a York County grand jury earlier this month, a burglary amounted to more than $1,000 in value, court documents indicate.

If convicted Allain could face up to 10 years in state prison and up to a $10,000 fine in connection with the alleged burglary, said to have occurred on July 27. The address was not released in indictment documents.

This month's grand jury indictments were handed down March 8 and released on March 15.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
