ALRED, Maine - A Lebanon man has been indicted in a domestic violence assault incident that occurred in August.
Thomas M. Kennedy, 45, of 35 Gully Oven Road, is accused in an Aug. 9 incident that occurred in Lebanon.
He is charged with a Class D felony for the alleged assault, which can result in up to a year in county jail.
A York County grand jury handed down the indictment on Tuesday.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
