ROCHESTER - A Lebanon man arrested in September when he was found to have three bench warrants out against him was nabbed again, this time at Walmart with five bench warrants.

William J. Kimball, 36, of Upper Guinea Road, Lebanon, Maine, was spotted at Walmart around 9:30 p.m. on Friday and taken into custody without incident, a far cry from what happened during the Sept. 16 fray when he tried to run from the officer and had to be taken to the ground physically to complete the arrest.

The bench warrants found in effect on Friday included for theft by unauthorized taking, tampering with public records, unauthorized use of rental property, resisting detention and willful concealment.

Additional charges filed included for theft by unauthorized taking and bail jumping.

Kimball is being held at Strafford County Jail pending an expected arraignment on Monday.
