Lebanon man's hearing in sex assault on minor case continued till August

ALFRED, Maine - A Lebanon man who was indicted in a string of sexual assault on a minor had his dispositional conference at York County Superior Court on Wednesday continued until August.

Christopher Turner, 56, of 309 North Rochester Road, was indicted by a York County grand jury in September in three counts of gross sex assault of a minor under the age of 12. The assaults allegedly occurred from June to August of 2016.

The incidents all are said to have occurred in Lebanon.

The Maine State Police detective handling the case was not immediately available for any comment.
