LEBANON - Lebanon selectmen voted on Thursday to approve a tax rate of $15.30, the first hike in four years. The previous mil rate of $15.24 had been unchanged for three consecutive years. The last major increase was in 2013 when it rose some 7 percent to $13.58. This year's increase in the mil rate, the amount charged per thousand dollars of assessed property value, means a $150,000 home will see an annual tax bill of $2,295, $9 more than last year.
