DOVER - A Lebanon teenager has been charged in a sexual assault case in Dover.
Agostino R. Dimambro, 19, of 150 New Bridge Road, was charged with attempted sexual assault and sexual assault; both Class A misdemeanors punishable by up to a year in county jail.
The charges are a result of a lengthy investigation conducted by Dover Police detectives involving Dimambro and a 14-year-old female known to him. The incidents occurred in Dover during December and January.
Dimambro reported to Dover Police headquarters to be booked on the morning of May 27 after criminal charges were filed by the Strafford County Attorney's Office in Strafford County Superior Court.
Dimambro pleaded not guilty and bail was set at $5,000.00 personal recognizance.
No trial dates have been set at this time.
