ROCHESTER - A Lee woman was arrested for drunken driving in connection with a single-vehicle crash earlier this month in Gonic.
The accident occurred on April 3 around 2 a.m. in the area of Gonic Road near Oak Street.
When emergency personnel arrived they found a Ford Taurus off the road that had struck a tree. The driver of the car, Jaymie Kierstead, 20, was transported to Frisbie Hospital for nonlife-threatening injuries.
The initial investigation revealed that Kierstead was driving south on Gonic Road when her car left the roadway and struck the tree.
She was arrested for DWI and bailed on personal recognizance pending an arraignment later this month.
