ROCHESTER - The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting to welcome a new member, Help to Grow Institute, LLC, of Rochester.

Help to Grow Institute, LLC has services geared toward helping people and small businesses owners achieve their full potential so that they can lead meaningful, balanced and fulfilling lives. Help to Grow Institute, LLC offers life coaching and behavioral services to clients in the NH Seacoast area and online.

They serve a diverse client base, with issues ranging from parenting, and life/business balance, through people with ADHD, to teenagers that just are trying to figure this whole life thing out. The service seeks to instill in individuals the practical tools for goal-setting and attainment, inspiration, and coping mechanisms to better handle stress.

Owner Karolina LaBrecque is a firm believer in interconnectedness of the mind and body and works with clients to reach specific short and long-term goals.
