ROCHESTER - A month after he was identified by police, the Farmington man suspected of stealing a flat-screen TV from the Rochester Walmart in April is presumably still enjoying the brilliant high definition on his new set.

Anthony Deprizito, 49, with a last known address of 456 Meaderboro Road, Farmington, N.H., allegedly walked out of the Walmart with a 42-inch LG television on April 25, got into a gray Jeep and took off.

Rochester Police Capt. Gary Boudreau said on Friday that the officer in charge of the case would typically make at least three trips to a suspect's residence or known work place or otherwise interact with lawmen within the jurisdiction where the suspect resides in an effort to arrest him.

So far, however, neither Deprizito nor the television set have been located.

The charge on the arrest warrant is for willful concealment, a Class B misdemeanor, since the TV was valued at less than $1,500, the threshold for felony charges.

Boudreau said Deprizito will be placed on New Hampshire's instate computer system, so that if he is stopped for any reason police will see the open warrant, which was issued after he was identified.

Tipsters can provide information and remain anonymous by calling the Rochester Crime Line at 335-6500 or Text to: CRIMES (274637) Body of Text: TEXT4CASH + your tip. Cash rewards are offered for information that leads to an arrest.
